It is normally to be served with fresh salmon but since i can't find any on the market today, so, i used another type of fish as substitute, and it is deep fried IKAN PUSU. Ha ha ha ha........Still classify as a fish, ha ha ha.........But it turn out to look pretty good and taste good too.

Yee Sang
Yee Sang, a dish served on the seventh day of the Chinese New Year. The purpose is to raise 'good luck' for the new year.
It is normally to be served with fresh salmon but since i can't find any on the market today, so, i used another type of fish as substitute, and it is deep fried IKAN PUSU. Ha ha ha ha........Still classify as a fish, ha ha ha.........But it turn out to look pretty good and taste good too.
